Canapes

Antipasto skewers – Chorizo sausage, bocconcini, artichoke, roasted red pepper and olives and drizzled with balsamic glaze

Smoked salmon lox on a potato cake and finished with sour cream aioli and capers

Campari Tomato – Piped cheese mixture in a Campari tomato and finished with olive and basil

Sandwiches (1 per person) – An assortment of tea sandwiches with a variety of fillings on white and whole wheat breads

• Roast beef and cheddar

• Black forest ham and cheddar

• Roasted turkey with mozzarella

• Egg salad

• Tuna salad

• Cucumber and cream cheese

Desserts – Fresh baked cookies, dessert squares and mini cup cakes

Fruit – In season fruit; melons, strawberries, grapes, and pineapple

Coffee (all comes disposable) – coffee urn, cups, sugar, sweetener, creamers, stir sticks

Miscellaneous – Delivery is included, and all food arrives on disposable trays, and comes with disposable plates, tongs, forks, and napkins
